Terms of Reference
The Coordinator-General released the Final Terms of Reference for the Environmental Impact Statement on the Australia Pacific LNG Project following a period of public comment from stakeholders and the community.
The Final Terms of Reference provide an overview of the Australia Pacific LNG Project, showing how the scope is defined, developed and verified. It also provides a written basis for confirming or developing a common understanding of the scope amongst stakeholders and for making decisions.
Terms of Reference for an Environmental Impact Statement set out the requirements to be addressed when preparing the Environmental Impact Statement for a project, such as:
- Vision, objectives, scope and deliverables
- Stakeholders, roles and responsibilities
- Resources, financials and quality plans
- Work breakdown structure and schedule
