Australia Pacific LNG is a joint venture between three oil and gas companies: Origin (37.5%), ConocoPhillips (37.5%) and Sinopec (25%).

Sinopec joined Australia Pacific LNG in April 2011 as the foundation customer and later as part equity owner.
